Besides all of the edible treasures of the Pacific that can be found just off the coast of Baja California, this region is also Mexico's largest producer of fine wines. Over 70 wineries exist today, with vineyards dating back to the 16th century. From spry Sauvignon Blancs to heady, warm Nebbiolos, the region is surprisingly versatile in the number of varietals that can be dependably produced. We've carefully selected a wide variety of wines to feature, all of which pair superbly well with our menu.
